No — this is a visual observation for obvious problems, not full pool maintenance, chemical balancing, or an irrigation technician's diagnostic and repair visit.
What if something looks wrong?
It's documented in your visit report. Actual pool or irrigation service is outside this check and would need a separate specialist.
