Which appliances are checked?
Major appliances get a visual check as part of the walkthrough, along with the laundry connections and dryer vent.
Why check the ceiling specifically?
A ceiling stain is often the first visible sign of a roof leak or AC condensate issue happening out of sight — catching it early is a lot cheaper than finding it later.
Is the refrigerator filter included?
Yes — the refrigerator/kitchen water filter is replaced once per year as part of your membership.
